SERVICES - WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

The Cold Watch products are aimed at the Global Cold Chain Market. The key distribution focus areas include Africa, Middle East, Australia, Europe and Asia. An additional service that we offer to existing clientele is the actual monitoring of Temperature Units in an accredited environment or 24/7 manned Operations Room. The service includes the monitoring of cold chain assets, real-time temperature and humidity monitoring, carrying out SOP’s (Standing Operating Procedures) in the event of a notification from any unit as per client agreement.

MAINTENANCE

Cold Watch is dedicated to maintain software and hardware components during the contract period. Software updating will be carried out remotely when required without inconveniencing the client.

In the event of a breakdown or damage to a Cold Watch system, repairs will be carried out by a certified Cold Watch subcontractor in the most appropriate time frame possible.
