Real Time Monitoring
Welcome to the Year of Strategic Partnership
As we step into 2026, we look back at a year of incredible growth and awareness. In 2025, our mission to protect the cold chain reached over 4,700 people across Southern Africa, generating hundreds of conversations about quality and safety.
This year, Cold Watch evolves from a monitoring service into your Strategic Cold Chain Partner. We are not just providing data; we are providing the peace of mind that comes with knowing your legacy, your products, and your profits are secured by the most advanced technology in the region.
Achievement Spotlight: The EYE Sensor is Certified
Our most notable achievement over the past year has been the successful rollout of certified Bluetooth
food-grade sensors, which ensure accurate monitoring of food safety and quality.
These advanced sensors are designed to withstand harsh conditions while providing real-time temperature and humidity data, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity of perishable goods. We are in the final stages of developing additional connectivity options for our clients, allowing them to choose between GSM and Wi-Fi hardware integration. This flexibility will enhance their operational efficiency and data accessibility, enabling seamless communication and monitoring across various platforms.
Integrated Cold Chain Intelligence: From Warehouse to Last Mile
Cold Watch has evolved into a comprehensive guardian for your most sensitive assets.
By combining real-time fleet tracking with advanced data analytics, we secure the entire lifecycle of high-value goods, whether it is ensuring GDP compliance for life-saving pharmaceuticals, maintaining the vitality of export-grade seafood, or protecting the texture of artisanal meats.
Our strategic approach not only watches the “last mile” of distribution; it uses the thousands of data points we collect to provide you with proactive intelligence.
Instead of just reacting to a failure, our partners can now identify patterns in equipment fatigue or power volatility, turning raw data into a roadmap for operational excellence and zero-waste logistics.
Agriculture: The Science of the Perfect Harvest
Summer produce is notoriously delicate, thriving in warmth but facing high risks from mould and spoilage due to humidity. In the soft fruit sector, Cold Watch has moved beyond temperature tracking to monitor humidity and carbon dioxide levels.
This precision helps farmers manage critical “field heat” removal, ensuring that every piece of produce remains as fresh as the moment it was picked throughout its journey to the market.
New: Colour-Coded Status Notifications
To make your monitoring even simpler, we have updated our report notifications with a new colour-coded system to reflect your unit’s status at a glance:
Red: Critical Alert. Immediate action is required to save stock.
Yellow: Warning. Conditions are approaching their threshold.
Green: Stable. Your environment is within its optimal parameters.
